The Accounting and Reporting Office is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, the accuracy of the financial data, and the issuance of financial reports.
FY2025 Annual Report
The fiscal year 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report includes all financial activities of the financial reporting entity, which consists of the City of Virginia Beach as well as its component units including City of Virginia Beach School Board, Virginia Beach Development Authority and Atlantic Park Community Development Authority.
