FY2023 Annual Report
The fiscal year 2023 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report includes all financial activities of the financial reporting entity, which consists of the City of Virginia Beach as well as its component units including City of Virginia Beach School Board, Virginia Beach Development Authority and Atlantic Park Community Development Authority.
